  I have been with First National Druitt and Shead for more than 5 years now and have always found them helpful, attentive, and professional. My property manager Makere Hammond has been extremely helpful and efficient. She is very good with her assistance and responsiveness. It was a pleasant experience with her and the whole team which made my time with them worthwhile.

  Having dealt with Druitt & Shead for over 2 years I have been extremely happy with their service and support as a tenant. It was so refreshing to have one property manager for the duration of my lease in what is known as quite a transient industry, and I could not have asked for any better than Laureen. She was lovely to deal with, quick to assist with any queries or repairs and always supportive of my cares and concerns. I would highly recommend Druitt & Shead.

  We moved into our rental in August 2020 and have moved out this November 2022. As tenants of an old property there was a lot of upkeep. We probably found the cheapest rental in the western suburbs for a 3x1 on 750m2. We were allowed a lot of freedom, from our landlord (who lived next door), and this was great for me because I was allowed to fix everything that needed fixing, and I thoroughly enjoy a bit of handyman stuff around a home. We turned an old banged up piece of junk into a pretty decent place to live.
  
  Celia Parker was our Property manager and she would be any home owners dream. If we ever have an investment property or decide to rent out our house, I would want a 'Celia Parker', managing it for us.
  She kept me from going over the top with my building and adding things to our rental. She was tough, fastidious, but incredibly fair and understanding. At times through my rental career, I never quite understood why property managers were so over the top with almost everything. But Celia helped me to understand why they do what they do, something no other property manager has done for me. My resentment and bitterness towards property managers has definitely taken a turn in another direction. A positive, more understanding turn for the better. She explained everything with simple and directional answers, and I can't thank her enough for that.
  Of course a property manager has to be tough and thorough - their job is to care for and protect their clients home.
  Celia did this with wise and prompt communication.
  Like I said: "any home owners dream property manager".
  Any tenants out there who have Celia should think themselves lucky. She knows almost everything there is to know, about the rules and regulations of managing a property.
  I really don't like being wrong, or even more so - proven to be wrong, but she taught me to be far more empathic and understanding of the role a property manager has to play.
  Certainly at times things seemed unfair or incorrect, but pretty much 100% of the time, Celia was right. And this will help me in my new rental, and my new found compassion of why a P-manager has to do what they do.
  
  Thanks Celia, keep doing what you're doing - keeping peoples homes safe and sound, and intact. You were great!

  Have been with this agency for 3 years and are very happy with their support and service. In particular my agent Sophie. She has been a wonderful property manager and always helpful, polite and responsive to any of my queries. 100% recommend her if you looking for a property manager.
